Competitor set: who they are and who they target. 2. Comparison: features, positioning, pricing, and audience, in a table. 3. Strengths and weaknesses of each, from a user's point of view. 4. Gaps and white space: unmet needs and segments no one serves well. 5. Our angle: where we can differentiate credibly. ## Quality bar - Compare on what users care about, not just feature counts. - Be honest about where competitors are genuinely better. - Separate observed facts from inference; tag guesses with [ASSUMPTION]. ## Output A comparison table plus a short read on the gap we should attack.
