Evidence: representative quotes for each theme, attributed by participant. 4. Prevalence: how widespread each theme is across participants. 5. Insights and implications for the decision at hand. 6. Contradictions or tensions in the data. ## Quality bar - Ground every theme in the data with quotes; no unsupported claims. - Distinguish common patterns from one off remarks. - Note where the data is thin and a theme is tentative. ## Output Codes, themes with evidence and prevalence, and the implications.
