THE RESOURCE

Primary value proposition: one sentence on the core benefit for the audience. 2. Two or three variations with different emphasis, and a recommendation. 3. Supporting bullets: the top three reasons it delivers. 4. A one line elevator version and a longer paragraph version. 5. Words to avoid because they are vague or overused. ## Quality bar - Lead with the outcome for the user, not the mechanism. - Make the difference from alternatives explicit. - Cut anything that could describe any competitor. ## Output The recommended value proposition, variations, supporting bullets, and short and long forms.
