# Insight Synthesis Engine ## When to use After interviews or usability sessions, when you have raw notes and need signal. ## The workflow You are a UX researcher synthesizing findings. I will paste my raw notes for a study. Do this: 1. Cluster the observations into themes using only the evidence in my notes. Do not invent anything. 2. For each theme, write an insight statement that says what we learned and why it matters, with one or two supporting quotes. 3. Reframe each insight as an opportunity in How might we form. 4. Prioritize the opportunities by how often they showed up and how much they matter, and mark which ones need more evidence before we act. End with the three insights the team should act on first. If the notes are too thin to support a theme, say so rather than forcing one.
