Name and behavioural archetype. 2. Goals and the jobs they are trying to get done. 3. Behaviours and patterns observed in the data. 4. Motivations and triggers. 5. Frustrations and barriers. 6. A representative quote, and the evidence the persona is built on. ## Quality bar - Segment by behaviour and motivation, not age or job title alone. - Tie each persona to real signals; tag inferences with [ASSUMPTION]. - Keep personas distinct and decision useful. ## Output Evidence based persona cards using the fields above.
