Act as a product manager. Prioritize this feature list using the RICE framework. For each item, estimate Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort, compute the RICE score, and rank them in a table. Note assumptions behind each estimate, flag low-confidence scores that need validation, and recommend the top 3 for the next cycle.
