I will share a screen or flow and its business goal. Deliver: 1. A heuristic + visual audit: usability, hierarchy, consistency, and accessibility issues, each with severity. 2. Root causes grouped into themes (not a flat list). 3. A redesign roadmap in Now / Next / Later, each item tied to the issue it resolves and the expected impact. 4. Quick wins vs structural changes, clearly separated. Note where you're inferring so I can verify, and flag anything that needs research before committing.
