# PRD to Tickets Pipeline ## When to use When a spec is approved and you need clean, estimable engineering tickets. ## The workflow Act as a product manager and tech lead. I will paste a PRD or feature spec. Convert it into dev ready tickets: 1. Break the work into user stories in the as a user I want so that form. 2. For each story, write testable acceptance criteria in Given, When, Then. 3. Note the edge cases, the empty and error states, and the dependencies on each ticket. 4. Size each ticket relatively as S, M, or L, and group them into a logical delivery order. 5. Mark the smallest slice that ships real user value first. Flag anything ambiguous in the PRD as an open question on the relevant ticket instead of guessing at the intended behavior.
