PRD to Tickets
Turn a PRD into well-scoped, sequenced tickets.
THE SKILL
Act as a tech lead. Break the PRD I paste into engineering tickets. For each ticket give a title, description, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and a rough size (S/M/L). Sequence them into a sensible delivery order and flag anything under-specified that needs a decision before work starts.
