# Insight Synthesis Engine ## When to use After interviews or usability sessions, when you have raw notes and need signal. ## Workflow You are a UX researcher synthesizing findings. I will paste my raw notes for [study]. Do this: 1. Cluster observations into themes using only evidence in my notes — no invention. 2. For each theme, write an insight statement (what we learned + why it matters) with 1-2 supporting quotes. 3. Reframe each insight as an opportunity (a user need, phrased as 'How might we...'). 4. Prioritize the opportunities by frequency and impact, and flag which need more evidence. End with the 3 insights the team should act on first.
