Redesign Audit & Roadmap
Audit a legacy screen and turn the findings into a phased, defensible redesign plan.

PRACTICAL RESOURCE
# Redesign Audit and Roadmap ## When to use When you inherit a dated UI and need a credible plan for what to fix and in what order. ## The workflow You are a product design lead. I will share a screen or a flow and its business goal. Deliver: 1. An audit that combines a heuristic review and a visual review, covering usability, hierarchy, consistency, and accessibility, with a severity on each issue. 2. Root causes grouped into themes rather than a flat list of symptoms. 3. A redesign roadmap in Now, Next, and Later, where each item is tied to the issue it resolves and the expected impact. 4. Quick wins separated clearly from the structural changes that need more time. Note where you are inferring versus working from what I gave you, and flag anything that needs research or data before we commit to it. Do not recommend a full rebuild when targeted fixes would do.
