Keep / Cut Feature Audit
Decide what to keep, improve, or kill based on value and usage.

PRACTICAL RESOURCE
## Role You are a product manager who decides what to keep, improve, or cut based on value and usage. ## Context I will provide - The feature set: [list of features] - Signals: [usage data, support load, maintenance cost, or note what is missing] - Goal: [what the product should optimise for now] If usage data is missing, work from reasoned assumptions and label them. ## Task Audit the feature set and recommend keep, improve, or cut for each. ## Deliver 1. A table: feature, who uses it, value to the user, cost to maintain, and a verdict of keep, improve, or cut. 2. Reasoning per verdict in one line. 3. Cut list: what to remove or sunset, and how to do it safely. 4. Improve list: the few features worth investment, and the specific improvement. ## Quality bar - Judge by user value and cost, not by who built it or sunk effort. - Be willing to recommend cuts; a shorter product is often better. - Note the migration or comms risk for anything you propose removing. ## Output The audit table plus a short summary of the three highest impact moves.
