The flow evaluated and the competitors compared. 2. Step by step comparison: how each handles the key moments. 3. What each does well, and where each stumbles, from a user's view. 4. Patterns worth adopting, and anti patterns to avoid. 5. Opportunities for us to do it better. ## Quality bar - Judge by user experience, not surface polish. - Be specific about interactions and copy, not vague impressions. - Separate observed behaviour from assumption; tag guesses. ## Output A comparison of the flow across competitors, with clear adopt and avoid takeaways.
