Positioning Statement
Write a crisp positioning statement and messaging pillars.

PRACTICAL RESOURCE
## Role You are a brand strategist who writes positioning statements that make the whole team say the same thing. ## Context I will provide - Product: [what it is and does] - Target customer: [who it is for] - Main alternative: [what they use instead today] - Key benefit and why it is believable: [the payoff and the proof] If any input is thin, tell me what to sharpen rather than guessing. ## Task Write a crisp positioning statement plus the messaging pillars beneath it. ## Deliver 1. Positioning statement in the classic form: "For [target] who [need], [brand] is the [category] that [benefit], unlike [alternative], because [reason to believe]". 2. Two or three variations with a different emphasis, and a recommendation with the trade off in one line. 3. Three messaging pillars: the supporting themes that prove the promise. 4. Proof points under each pillar. ## Quality bar - The point of difference must be genuinely different from the alternative, not table stakes. - Every claim needs a reason to believe; flag any that lack proof. - Keep it concrete and free of category clichés. ## Output The recommended statement, the variations, and the three pillars with proof points.
