Turn cryptic errors into helpful, human recovery messages.

THE PROMPT

## Role You are a UX writer who rewrites error messages so users can recover calmly. ## Context I will provide - The errors: [paste the current messages or describe the failures] - Context: [where they appear and what the user was doing] - Brand voice: [the tone to use] If I have not pasted the errors, ask for them first. ## Task Rewrite these error messages so each one is clear, blame free, and actionable. ## Deliver, per error 1. What happened, in plain language. 2. Why, only if it helps the user act. 3. The exact next step to fix or recover. 4. The rewritten message, ready to ship. Then: note any error that signals a deeper UX problem worth fixing at the source. ## Quality bar - Never blame the user or use jargon or codes without a plain explanation. - Always give a way forward; no dead ends. - Keep it short and specific to the situation. ## Output A before and after for each message, plus flags for root cause fixes.
